In partnership with Five Points Fitness , MedaFit currently offers two exercise programs designed for people living with serious and chronic conditions.

Five Points Fitness holds several weekly small group classes mixing resistance and endurance exercise; participants are instructed in resistance and aerobic exercise through the correct use of free weights and machines, stationary bikes, treadmills and rowing machines and introduced to yoga, tai chi, pilates and aerobics classes. Moving toward Health is a weekly, gentle dance & movement class. Led by a nationally known dance therapist, it caters to a wide variety of participants - from those seeking dance exercise to those who have difficulty in moving.To see our flyer, click here.
